About the role

  • Disability Case Manager supporting Canadians in their complex health journeys. Assessing claims, leading recovery planning, and building relationships with clients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage disability claims with a focus on timely and fair resolution
  • Lead recovery planning by identifying medical and non-medical factors
  • Apply crisis intervention and rehabilitation techniques to support clients
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and identify trends
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare providers
  • Communicate with empathy and clarity to guide clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology or Business
  • 3+ years of professional experience in disability case management
  • Demonstrated strength in Emotional Intelligence
  • Crisis Intervention skills
  • Strategic Thinking abilities
  • Rehabilitation Techniques knowledge
  • Data Analysis capacity
  • Negotiation proficiency
