About the role

Responsibilities
- Continuously improve our Risk Management Framework
- Plan and execute the annual enterprise risk management plan
- Lead the deployment of our Business Continuity framework across Clarivate
- Collaborate with other functions to formulate initiatives for a risk-aware culture
- Actively participate in the management of day-to-day business insurance program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related disciplines
- 10+ years of relevant risk management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience in risk management
- Relevant ERM and internal audit experience in a management role within a publicly traded company
- Strong knowledge of ERM governance and control frameworks, such as COSO
- Demonstrated work experience in driving change management programs across global organizations
- Experience leveraging GRC solutions (e.g., Service Now, MetricStream)
