About the role

  • Operational Insurance Specialist providing operational and administrative support for the Bank’s insurance program. Coordinating documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring financial activities related to insurance are timely and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support for the Bank’s insurance program
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating information for insurance procurement
  • Coordinate and track insurance policy renewals and contracts
  • Maintain organized records of insurance policies and documentation
  • Report loss data for insurance programs
  • Process and coordinate payment of insurance-related invoices
  • Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding insurance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years' experience in Financial Lines and Professional Lines insurance
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive
  • Understanding of insurance placement, renewal cycles, and policy documentation
  • Experience supporting insurance programs through administrative, coordination, or finance-related activities
