Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience working in a for-profit company
At least 3 years of experience in program management or project management, or a combination
At least 5 years of experience in people leadership
At least 3 years of human centered design experience (preferred)
At least 3 years of product launch experience (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in process management (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in volunteerism, talent engagement, or associate morale experience (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience with community organizing, nonprofit, or political experience (preferred)
