About the role

  • Lead Social Impact Volunteering initiatives to empower associate service and volunteering
  • Build and manage large-scale community engagement programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify community needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a for-profit company
  • At least 3 years of experience in program management or project management, or a combination
  • At least 5 years of experience in people leadership
  • At least 3 years of human centered design experience (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of product launch experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in process management (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in volunteerism, talent engagement, or associate morale experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience with community organizing, nonprofit, or political experience (preferred)
