Responsibilities
Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process: Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance
Demand Planning: Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting
Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels
Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand
Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights
Supply Planning: Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling
Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency
Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks
Performance Reporting: Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and supply planning
Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations
Team & People Management: You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe
You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management
15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Experience with supply chain management implementation
ASCM certification, preferred
Willingness to travel (<25%)
