About the role

  • Supply Chain Planner managing delivery performance and logistics coordination at Veepee. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Supply Chain Customer Promise team, you will contribute daily to the performance of the delivery dates ("Member Promise") shown on the website by managing lead-time configuration and improving the reliability of displayed delivery estimates through concrete, tailored actions.
  • As a true ambassador for upholding the Member Promise, you will work closely with members of the Supply Chain Operations Group and scheduling/logistics coordination teams to maintain and evolve processes that ensure the integrity of the delivery times displayed on the site.
  • As the primary internal point of contact for the Member Promise, you will liaise with different departments that interact with this data.
  • Manage and secure lead-time planning activities, including configuring settings and verifying incoming and outgoing data.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain and Logistics services by leading weekly routines to support the customer promise and ensure compliance with internal processes and milestones.
  • Handle daily updates of incoming and outgoing information to ensure sales planning visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Secure operational configurations to guarantee on-time delivery for the Christmas period.
  • Participate in year-end routines with the various supply teams to ensure deliveries meet the communicated promises.
  • Analyze operational KPIs weekly, identify deviations, and develop associated action plans.
  • Lead monthly routines with operational (Logistics) teams.
  • Support and guide teams in developing action plans.
  • Optimize operational process documentation and materials to reflect business-specific requirements.
  • Support the development and user optimization of the new tool in place.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s-level degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related university program.
  • Ideally, you have a first internship experience in supply chain.
  • Professional level of English and fluent in French.
  • Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and able to propose appropriate solutions to raised issues.
  • High adaptability, ability to manage urgent situations and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and transparently (proactively raise alerts).
  • Able to set priorities and stay organized.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and ease communicating with different departments (in both French and English).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with warehouses and supply chain teams.
  • Logical mindset with a focus on results and delivering high-quality work.
