About the role

  • Lead and expand enterprise go-to-market efforts
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close
  • Help shape the sales playbook, define new vertical strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 companies
  • Drive adoption of Compa’s platform, including our newest agentic AI products, Partner AI and Analyst AI
  • Influence product direction and accelerate revenue

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Deep experience selling to VP+ stakeholders within enterprise organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with Product and Marketing teams
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
