Responsibilities
Lead and expand enterprise go-to-market efforts
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close
Help shape the sales playbook, define new vertical strategies
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 companies
Drive adoption of Compa’s platform, including our newest agentic AI products, Partner AI and Analyst AI
Influence product direction and accelerate revenue
Requirements
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
Deep experience selling to VP+ stakeholders within enterprise organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with Product and Marketing teams
Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
