About the role

  • Coordinate and deliver programs and services that support student learning and engagement around religious, ethical, and spiritual life.
  • Promote religious literacy and interfaith understanding through events, workshops, and student leadership opportunities.
  • Advise student organizations including the Interfaith Alliance and assist with various lectures and prizes.
  • Provide spiritual care to students of any or no religious background.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to integrate religious, spiritual, and ethical programming into broader diversity and student development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Designing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in a professional setting (5 years)
  • Preferred: Master's or doctorate degree in theology, religious studies, higher education, social work, or related field.
  • Preferred: Three years of experience in student affairs, chaplaincy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with pastoral care, crisis support, and religious diversity.
