Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver programs and services that support student learning and engagement around religious, ethical, and spiritual life.
Promote religious literacy and interfaith understanding through events, workshops, and student leadership opportunities.
Advise student organizations including the Interfaith Alliance and assist with various lectures and prizes.
Provide spiritual care to students of any or no religious background.
Collaborate with campus partners to integrate religious, spiritual, and ethical programming into broader diversity and student development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Designing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in a professional setting (5 years)
Preferred: Master's or doctorate degree in theology, religious studies, higher education, social work, or related field.
Preferred: Three years of experience in student affairs, chaplaincy, or related fields.
Familiarity with pastoral care, crisis support, and religious diversity.
