Responsibilities
- Define and own Zendrop’s product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Zendrop leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and designers.

- Prioritize product initiatives based on merchant impact and business outcomes.

- Develop metrics and dashboards to track KPIs and outcomes.

Requirements
- Been a builder before becoming product manager - either as an entrepreneur, developer, or designer.
- A bias for action, comfort with rapid iteration, and ability to foster a culture where outcomes matter more than process or perfection.
- A data-driven mindset with discipline in using insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- A genuine empathy for customers, with the ability to translate their pain points and feedback into features that deliver real value.
- A proven track record of building and scaling successful software products and successful teams at fast-growing startups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with clarity, navigate ambiguity, and move fast, making smart trade-offs between speed and polish.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- History of owning results and being accountable for delivering measurable impact.
- Experience working in or around e-commerce, with a strong understanding of merchant needs
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
