Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with gamification techniques, bonuses and platform scoring;
• Experience in backlog refinement and prioritization using RICE, Kano Model and Value vs. Effort Matrix;
• Ability to monitor OKRs and KPIs, as well as CAC, LTV, churn and retention;
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Jira and Confluence for metrics analysis and roadmap management;
• Knowledge of BDD for creating and reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Experience facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
• Knowledge in planning, executing and analyzing A/B tests;
• Experience mapping the user journey inside and outside the product using techniques such as Jobs to Be Done, Job Stories and other methods;
• Ability to monitor product ROI and perform feasibility and financial impact analyses;
• Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to operate in dynamic environments with frequent course changes.
