About the role

  • Be a leader and a driver for product experiences across a large and growing customer network.
  • Be responsible and accountable for customer discovery, product strategy and execution, and successful outcomes.
  • Operate as a hands-on combat leader: call your customers, analyze your data, clarify your intent, set your goals, plan your execution, and be responsible for your outcome.
  • Lead and coach a very small and nimble team of product managers. Think 3 - 5. If you are looking to manage a team of 10+, this role is not that.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product experiences in consumer (B2C) and business (B2B2C)
  • Proven versatility in operating across multiple customer segments and industries; healthcare experience is not required
  • A self-starter mindset with relentless curiosity and a strong bias for action
  • Customer-obsessed and data driven approach, and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Strong execution skills to materialize product strategy to successful outcomes
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with responsibilities in hiring, coaching, and performance management
