About the role

  • Guide our 20+ person operations and administrative team, ensuring clarity, accountability, and collaboration across Tax & Consulting.
  • Serve as the operational lead for post-close M&A, ensuring smooth onboarding of new firms, people, and processes.
  • Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Foster a people-first environment where communication flows, innovation is welcomed, and teams feel connected to our mission.
  • Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership and regional directors to align strategy, execution, and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of leadership experience in operations, professional services, or consulting (tax/financial industry experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating change.
  • A strategic problem solver who also loves rolling up their sleeves to execute.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to connect with executives and front-line team members alike.
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skilled in process improvement, systems implementation, and performance measurement.
