About the role
- Operations leader responsible for setting and communicating Services ST & GEN strategies at GE Vernova. Collaborating across teams to improve readiness and successful outage KPIs for gas power generation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting and communicating the Services ST & GEN strategy
- Partner with One Field Services (OFS) Value Streams, Product Management, and Region ITR teams
- Collaborate with Global Sales and Region ITR teams on Steam Turbine and Generator Upgrade products
- Provide SME input to the Services SIOP processes
- Drive standard processes for One Field Services
- Support emergent customer issues as needed
- Guide stakeholder engagement and foster adoption of new tools and processes
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Services commercial or execution roles, including a minimum of 5 years in the power generation industry
- Proven customer focus mindset
- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement standards globally
- Experience facilitating presentations to internal & external customers
- Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel globally
