Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BI Team, including BI Managers and BI Analysts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and performant BI solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve the BI solutions, technology, and processes
- Drive and support data-driven decision making within the organization
- Manage the BI budget and resources, prioritize opportunities
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process for BI positions
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing a BI team, with 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, and 5+ years as a BI Manager or above.
- Extensive experience with modern analytics tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and best practices for data integration and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Ability to stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends, and apply them to drive business impact.
