You are responsible for building and expanding the segment corresponding to your industry expertise
To achieve growth targets, you develop innovative ideas and strategies within your area of responsibility
Through a structured, targeted and professional acquisition approach you win new clients for filling key positions (interim and permanent)
Based on market observations you develop strategies to identify and fully exploit potential, and you are responsible for their implementation
You manage our existing clients, continuously expand cooperation at management level and are responsible for developing and servicing key accounts, focusing on the upper mid-market and corporate clients
You lead recruitment mandates for (inter)national assignments, work hand in hand with our research specialists and conduct targeted interviews with managers
You are a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and inspire our clients by placing high-profile roles at well-known brands and hidden champions at first- and second-line management levels
You are responsible for expanding our advisory board for the segment and for coordinating and collaborating with the advisers
Requirements
You have at least five to ten years of operational professional experience from industry or management consulting, or you are recognized in your sector as a top manager with strong networks and a personal affinity for business development
Alternatively, you bring many years of experience from a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search) in your segment, with deep understanding of operational perspectives and requirements for roles and candidates
You possess strategic foresight for expanding the segment
Business development, people and client satisfaction are your passion, and achieving targets and successfully managing demanding mandates is a fulfilling task for you
You bring a structured, conscientious working style and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
