About the role

  • Director of Multi-Unit Segments responsible for strategic growth in Multifamily and Hospitality markets at Delta Faucet Company. Leading a skilled sales team and managing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to profitably grow market share in the Multifamily and Hospitality sectors.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and recognize a high-performing team of empowered sales professionals.
  • Grow revenue by increasing pipeline opportunities and acquiring new accounts.
  • Provide strategic oversight for Light Commercial and Residential product lines, managing product planning and pricing.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers; lead quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Own the overall strategy and execution for the multi-unit segments, developing account-specific plans with clear goals.
  • Analyze market data and trends to generate insights that strengthen customer retention and accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and functional partners, keeping senior leadership informed on sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of sales and management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results in challenging and competitive market conditions
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership success, with a history of driving accountability and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience managing budgets and leveraging resources and programs to maximize sales growth and ROI
  • Ability to travel 50%+ and work non-standard hours as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must reside in Central or Eastern USA within 45 minutes of large airport.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
