Responsibilities

• Own market-level performance with full accountability for delivering aggressive growth in customer acquisition, order volume, and restaurant supply.
• Develop and execute localized strategies tailored to each city.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives that improve customer experience and accelerate growth.
• Monitor performance portfolio trends and competitive moves closely.
• Operate as the “GM” of your markets making fast, decisive calls on resources and investments.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence company-wide strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business development, or a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact quickly through strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for testing bold ideas and scaling high-impact initiatives.
• Genuine curiosity about local market dynamics and customer behavior.
