Responsibilities
Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team.
Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners' business strategy and human resource implications, along with the integration of corporate strategy.
Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executives, internal business partners.
Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues.
Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies; champions the vision, mission and strategic plan.
Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy.
Collaborates with senior executives, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges.
Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching (where appropriate).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5-7 years of progressive and strategic human resources partnership experience.
Prior experience supporting executive leaders.
