Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the general accounting department
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable
- Purchase orders
- Petty cash
- Core employee expense reports
- Cash control
- Core payroll processing
- Total corporate payroll tax compliance
- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data
- Respond to CFO with accurate and timely work
- Oversee administration of global bank accounts and corporate credit card program
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others professionally
- Lead and manage accounting, global banking, reporting, disbursements, and payroll staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 10 plus years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- CPA required
- Excellent people management skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter
- Highly motivated and flexible team player
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2018 or Business Central experience, a plus.
