Responsibilities
Oversee the activities of the general accounting department
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable
Purchase orders
Petty cash
Core employee expense reports
Cash control
Core payroll processing
Total corporate payroll tax compliance
Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data
Respond to CFO with accurate and timely work
Oversee administration of global bank accounts and corporate credit card program
Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others professionally
Lead and manage accounting, global banking, reporting, disbursements, and payroll staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting
10 plus years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
CPA required
Excellent people management skills
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter
Highly motivated and flexible team player
