  • Oversee the activities of the general accounting department
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable
  • Purchase orders
  • Petty cash
  • Core employee expense reports
  • Cash control
  • Core payroll processing
  • Total corporate payroll tax compliance
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data
  • Respond to CFO with accurate and timely work
  • Oversee administration of global bank accounts and corporate credit card program
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others professionally
  • Lead and manage accounting, global banking, reporting, disbursements, and payroll staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 10 plus years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
  • CPA required
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Highly motivated and flexible team player
  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2018 or Business Central experience, a plus.
