About the role

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of client-facing programs and staffing operations
  • Be a primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, delivering tailored event and staffing solutions
  • Lead the development of service propositions and ensure end-to-end management of client programs
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue
  • Oversee all staffing and recruitment processes, including timelines, schedules, and hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with Regional Leads and Operations Managers to recruit, train, and deploy Regional and Field Managers
  • Ensure understanding of training, travel logistics, and program execution across all staffing levels
  • Monitor program budgets, recommend market expansions, and ensure financial alignment with client goals
  • Lead weekly calls with teams, production, and regional partners; attend training sessions to strengthen program standards
  • Conduct audits and compliance checks; maintain accurate employment records and support performance reviews with HR and Payroll
  • Manage and motivate teams to align with client culture and program goals; refine staffing and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency

  • Experience overseeing staffing and recruitment processes, timelines, schedules, and hiring strategies
  • Experience collaborating with Regional Leads and Operations Managers to recruit, train, and deploy Regional and Field Managers
  • Experience monitoring program budgets, recommending market expansions, and ensuring financial understanding of client goals
  • Knowledge of compliance, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate employment records
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills to motivate teams and deliver program updates
  • Ability to lead weekly calls with teams, production, and regional partners and attend training sessions
