- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events, from registration and logistics to post event follow-up and measurement.
- Manage vendors, timelines and logistics with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop event strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all event materials, signage and on site experiences.
- Support internal communications to ensure teams are informed and aligned on event participation and outcomes.
- Pack, ship and manage booth materials, supplies and equipment from Bedford office
- Identify opportunities to improve event processes and share creative ideas that enhance efficiency, engagement and ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of event marketing experience within B2B organizations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects and delivering quality work on a deadline
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with SharePoint and MS Excel
- A. in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
