About the role

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events, from registration and logistics to post event follow-up and measurement.
  • Manage vendors, timelines and logistics with precision and accountability.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop event strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all event materials, signage and on site experiences.
  • Support internal communications to ensure teams are informed and aligned on event participation and outcomes.
  • Pack, ship and manage booth materials, supplies and equipment from Bedford office
  • Identify opportunities to improve event processes and share creative ideas that enhance efficiency, engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of event marketing experience within B2B organizations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects and delivering quality work on a deadline
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Excel
  • A. in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
