Recruit, hire, coach and performance manage entry-level and experienced Inside Sales and SDR team members to meet and exceed the goals of the growing business
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, typically through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Implement repeatable playbooks for outbound prospecting, discovery, and deal closure
Set goals and impactful metrics required to attain the company’s revenue targets and hold sellers accountable to meet/exceed both
Lead & evaluate team performance metrics, and deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to keep individuals and teams on track
Create and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth
Forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and reporting of the team’s outreach, pipeline and revenue metrics
Tackle cross-functional projects and demonstrate leadership within the organization
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and Prod/Eng orgs
Requirements
8-12 years of experience in digital advertising driving inside sales functions with a minimum of 5-7 years leading inside sales teams
Deep understanding of the fundamentals of programmatic advertising processes and technology
Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to manage a team
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to set and attain aggressive goals and drive projects to successful and timely delivery
Experience selling to mid-market advertisers ($25K–$1m quarterly spend) preferred
Experience deploying Salesforce, Outreach, and AI tools to maximize efficiency and insight-driven selling
