Responsibilities
Oversee Plan Consultants who support document and ERISA compliance for 401(k)/403(b) plans.
Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for The Plan Consulting process.
Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data to make business decisions.
Accountable for the Plan Consulting process, delivering in the service model and communicating the service needs with business partners.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the Plan Consulting strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Management experience (multi-site teams preferred).
Agile methodology experience (preferred).
ASPPA designation (preferred).
Proven success in process improvement and escalation resolution.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
KPI management and risk mitigation.
