Responsibilities
Directs and supervises all clinic activities through department heads and administrative support staff.
Consults with and advises department managers on a regular basis.
Responsible and accountable for all core operations/functions of physician relations, materials management, policies, procedures and operational protocols, regulatory and corporate compliance, staff orientation and competency; patient education; performance improvement planning; and equipment maintenance and repair.
Serves as a role model of the leadership principles resulting in positive communication and problem solving.
Resolves any medical-administrative problems and keeps lines of communication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and a professional healthful clinic atmosphere.
Acts as liaison between owned or managed clinics and other providers, government agencies and third-party payers.
Knows and addresses applicable laws and regulations.
Maintains an accurate and acute knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Assures the development and maintenance of corporate compliance plan for accreditation visits and reviews and updates departmental policies and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's in business or healthcare related field
Healthcare Management experience
Master's (preferred)
3-5 years clinic management (preferred)
