About the role

  • Digital Workplace Communication Specialist managing the adoption of digital tools and community engagement. Supporting internal communication and change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Digital Workplace community on Engage, ensuring it remains an active, vibrant space for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate and support the Digital Workplace Champions network, fostering advocacy and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Curate the Digital Workplace newsletter.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and other digital workplace solutions.
  • Create engaging content (posts, visuals, videos) to promote new features, best practices, and success stories.
  • Translate technical updates into clear, user-friendly communications for employees.
  • Support the creation of guides, FAQs, and learning materials to improve digital literacy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Spanish university program in Communications, Social Media, Journalism, Management, Marketing, Organizational Psychology or related fields (mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (graphic design skills are a plus).
  • Creativity and ability to engage audiences through compelling content.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Engage, Copilot) and interest in digital workplace trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
