About the role

  • Develops and executes strategies, programs and analytical solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and emerging data trends that support the enterprise's digital and marketing strategy
  • Researches and evaluates new digital and analytical market concepts / solutions, determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services and tools
  • Builds strategic roadmaps and advanced models (predictive, prescriptive, attribution) to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing and member engagement
  • Works with business partners to create business cases and ensure deployment of data-informed solutions that engage target populations and deliver measurable value
  • Partners with leaders and associates across Marketing, Digital, IT and Customer Experience to align strategies, standards, and performance measurement approaches
  • Gathers and assesses market and performance requirements through data analysis, competitive intelligence, stakeholder and consumer feedback, and model-driven insights
  • Quantifies the financial and operational value of marketing initiatives and digital engagement, advancing methods to accurately track ROI and optimize investment decisions

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in related field
  • a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products
  • Experience in healthcare industry in a direct to consumer (DTC) capacity preferred
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven expertise with advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and analytics/visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, campaign attribution, and performance marketing principles strongly preferred
  • Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to connect insights to strategic recommendations preferred
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
  • Ability to converse with technical and non-technical SMEs easily preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment preferred
