- Support the Digital team in Mexico and USA by analyzing consistent rates, preparing performance reports, and negotiating competitive terms with carriers and Redwood representatives.
- Focus on ensuring operational excellence through collaboration, data-driven insights, and strategic negotiation to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
- Apply data analysis, sales negotiation, and logistics expertise to improve performance and drive operational success.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and analytical tools to evaluate rates, optimize processes, and generate actionable performance insights.
- Build lasting carrier relationships through effective sales strategies and a focus on trust and reliability.
