- Branded-Entertainment-Portfolio weiterentwickeln, überzeugende Vermarktungs- und Pitch-Präsentationen erstellen
- Markt- und Werbetrends analysieren und neue Angebotsideen ableiten
- Fachliche Mentorenrolle für Projektmanager im Team übernehmen und unterstützen bei Struktur, Prozessen und Best Practices
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 4–5 Jahre) im Projektmanagement, Marketing oder Vertrieb – idealerweise aus der Medien-, Agentur- oder Entertainmentbranche
- Fundierte Digitalerfahrung; ein bestehendes Brand- und/oder Agenturnetzwerk ist ein Plus
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken, pragmatisches Handeln und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Kommunikation – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Gutes Gespür für Marken, digitale Trends und kreative Inszenierungen
- Präsentations- und PowerPoint-Skills gezielt einsetzen, um überzeugende Konzepte zu entwickeln
