About the role

  • You generate a qualified pipeline of MQLs for our sales team and work hand in hand with sales and product development to create online and offline marketing campaigns that resonate with the right decision-makers
  • You work on a consistent brand message (brand building & evolution), strengthen our content-based marketing / social media, public relations, marketing automation as well as events & trade shows
  • You actively test new outbound tactics, create impactful content, leverage multiple channels and turn interest into real revenue opportunities
  • You plan and produce marketing materials, presentations, short videos and other visual assets using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
  • You maintain our company website, create templates, update content, implement SEO improvements and UI/UX optimizations
  • You are responsible for our LinkedIn presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics
  • You conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities to improve our brand and content

Requirements

  • Strong interest and passion for B2B software marketing, product, AI and automation
  • Solid knowledge and several years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand generation / growth marketing in the B2B SaaS space, with a focus on SaaS enterprise software and AI
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies and trends
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, UX/UI and website analytics is a plus
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Proficient with tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, Metabase, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Customer.io, Canva, Figma, Framer and SharePoint
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, experience with data analysis & performance-driven campaigns, plus a strong hands-on mentality and pragmatism
  • C-level (CEFR) proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel to events and conferences
