Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Cloud team with creative assets and deadlines.
Generate marketing performance reports from various data sources.
Maintain and enhance corporate and client dashboards in Google Data Studio.
Develop and manage UTM links and naming conventions.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review of Marketing Cloud communications.
Support WordPress landing page maintenance and updates.
Assist in Social Media post creation.
Manage App Store and Google Play review logs.
Support Client Marketing with copy edits and versioning to ensure accurate documentation.
Manage the translation process for client marketing material.
Contribute to the development of Digital Marketing standard operating procedures.
Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
Familiarity with advertising, social media, and marketing automation strategies and platforms.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
Experience with marketing performance metrics and report building.
Google Data Studio or PowerBI experience a plus.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
