About the role

  • Collaboratively working with colleagues to understand and articulate key organisational problems and strategic drivers
  • Ensuring all the dots are joined and that issues are interpreted in a cohesive manner across the entire TfL change landscape
  • Working together using a blend of tested methodologies and bespoke approaches to design and build solutions that meet objectives
  • Identifying other opportunities for potential improvement
  • Coaching colleagues, providing strategic advice and constructive challenge to senior leaders

Requirements

  • Good understanding of scoping, designing, and delivering business change within a public sector or unionised environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to develop credibility with different stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business modelling techniques
  • Operating models, organisation design, process design, or behavioural and cultural change
  • Ability to lead small change design projects independently and support on larger, more complex programmes
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
