Responsibilities

Requirements
- Good understanding of scoping, designing, and delivering business change within a public sector or unionised environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to develop credibility with different stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business modelling techniques
- Operating models, organisation design, process design, or behavioural and cultural change
- Ability to lead small change design projects independently and support on larger, more complex programmes
- Working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
