Responsibilities

Requirements
Good understanding of scoping, designing, and delivering business change within a public sector or unionised environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to develop credibility with different stakeholder groups
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business modelling techniques
Operating models, organisation design, process design, or behavioural and cultural change
Ability to lead small change design projects independently and support on larger, more complex programmes
Working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
