About the role

  • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams (PM, Dev, QA, BA), drive productivity, resolve roadblocks, and ensure accountability
  • Manage team capacity, delivery budgets, and utilization while optimizing resources for project success
  • Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, handle escalations, and maintain delivery stability
  • Evaluate and manage change requests, assess impact on scope and timelines, and align stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery standards are followed and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive delivery excellence through process optimization, best practices, and lessons learned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or program management
  • Hands-on experience leading software delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and complex delivery environments
  • Strong technical background (ability to understand architecture, APIs, data flows)
  • Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability
  • Certifications: PMP, PSM, Prince2, Agile Delivery
