About the role

  • Store Manager responsible for managing the Hamburg store and developing the team through training and guidance. Engaging in merchandising and active selling while planning shop activities.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate daily operations
  • Develop and further the skills of your team through training and guidance
  • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
  • Planning of in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff planning
  • Commercial performance analysis of the store
  • Active selling

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training
  • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably experience managing a store
  • Affinity for numbers and strong commercial acumen
  • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
  • Strong interest in fashion and trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
