Responsibilities
Capture, update and correct product master data
Record customer requirements and take responsibility for the initial creation of product master data
Update and maintain product master data during ongoing operations
Ensure continuous data quality
Provide customer support by phone and e-mail (ticket system)
Regular reporting and status updates to the customer
Support for on-site customer appointments (limited travel)
Requirements
Completed commercial training (e.g., business apprenticeship)
Quick comprehension and good logical thinking
Independent and efficient working style
Business fluent in German (spoken and written)
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Careful and conscientious approach to work
NICE TO HAVE: F&B knowledge, hospitality background desirable, specific IT expertise desirable, good written and spoken English
