About the role
- Participate in creating customized digital marketing solutions designed to deliver maximum return on investment.
- Assist in monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).

- Keep up with best practices, trends, and innovations in digital marketing campaigns.
- Translate data into actionable information to generate insights and identify opportunities.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Growth team and other departments, always focused on sales opportunities.
- Provide support in building analyses and dashboards.
- Support performance campaigns with a focus on Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the content team to identify which creatives have the most potential to be produced.
- Plan and execute commercial initiatives for the website.
Requirements
- Degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.).
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to interpret metrics and generate insights for decision-making.
- Enjoy learning and adapting quickly to change.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and interacting with different departments.
- Enjoy collaborative environments and listening to others' perspectives.
- Participation in extension projects: PET, Junior Enterprises, CEMP, among others.
