About the role

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and deliver analytical solutions for complex product tasks (page performance, funnel health, behavioral segmentation, feature interaction, UX measurement, etc.)
  • Create data models for A/B tests and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements
  • Refine data translation processes and provide regular analysis on product OKRs
  • Design and build internal analytics dashboards to track, quantify, and evaluate platform data
  • Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile it into simplified, actionable formats to enable effective decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data models to track product performance
  • Conduct A/B test analyses and translate data into actionable insights to support product teams with ad-hoc analyses
  • Help spread the product mindset to stakeholders and align reporting efforts with company strategy

Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics
  • Minimum 1-year experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role
  • Showing a data-centric mindset by establishing product metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in data analysis, including defining KPI strategy and growth opportunities, time series analysis, data visualization
  • Strong knowledge of SQL or other query language experience combined with good mathematical and statistics foundations
  • Experience with Python/R is a plus
  • Experience working with Looker, Tableau, BI, and Data Studio or similar data visualization tools
  • A growth mindset with a self-starter attitude
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points
  • Excited to work with different functions within the company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
