About the role
- Responsible for data collection across various online marketing channels, as well as address and database management
- Support business units in researching, testing and evaluating new data sources
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including deriving actionable recommendations
- Conduct website and campaign analyses using common online tools
- Confidently collect, monitor and interpret sales-relevant information, including performing benchmark analyses
- Thorough onboarding and hands-on work in implementing web tracking solutions
- Build a solid foundation for data-driven, personalized and automated marketing
- Develop best-practice standards in CRM & Marketing Automation, Analytics & Reporting, web platforms, SEO, and workflow/process automation
- Actively drive AI-powered innovations and new technological approaches
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel
- Previous experience in online and/or performance marketing desirable
- Experience with SEA (Search Engine Advertising) is an advantage
- Strong German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
- Empathetic, enjoys teamwork and shared project success
- Analytical and conceptual skills, resilience, and an interest in technical topics
- Strong communication skills, self-initiative, flexibility and problem-solving ability
