Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain** dashboards and reports** that drive decision-making across departments (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Sales).
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and propose data-driven solutions.
- Provide **end-to-end KPI tracking or ad-hoc analysis **
- Make data and insights understandable to key stakeholders
- Act as liaison with key business partners, ensuring full understanding of data flow, data integrity and business systems quality
- Collaborate with engineers to improve data pipelines and ensure robust data governance.
- Lead presentations and discussions to communicate findings and drive actionable outcomes
Requirements
- **3+ years of experience **in **Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.**
- Strong knowledge of **SQL **and experience querying large datasets.
- Advanced **Python **knowledge for building data pipelines, APIs and developing analytical models
- Strong **reasoning and analysis** skills
- Positive **problem-solving** and **critical-thinking **attitude
- Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated team player with ability to also work independently and the desire to significantly contribute
- **Nice to have:**
- BSc or MSc in a relevant subject (Maths, Computer or Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business)
- Experience in a **marketplace, e-commerce, or start-up environment.**
- Understanding of** A/B testing, funnel analysis, or marketing attribution** models.
