About the role
- Data Analyst providing data management and analysis for Facilities Management in Ministry of Justice account. Building Power BI reports and collaborating with stakeholders on performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with data management from various sources, including 3rd party supply partners
- Analyse data for both Amey and the client, building and maintaining Power BI reports to be used across the account to set KPIs
- Support stakeholders in supplying meaningful dashboards to track KPIs and targets, which will be used to monitor performance and drive business improvements.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to share best practice and work across dashboards together
Requirements
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI – DAX and Power Query
- Data visualisation and communication skills
- Relevant IT qualification(s) are required
- Proven experience in building dashboards would be beneficial
