Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering an environment of innovation in AI and machine learning
Drive the end-to-end delivery of validated, production-grade automated workflows to accelerate clinical data analysis
Architect a scalable analytics ecosystem for enterprise-wide digital transformation
Define an AI driven technical roadmap and platform strategy
Refine data analytics workflows for high-quality contributions to regulatory filings
Empower team members in their career journeys and remove roadblocks
Manage senior stakeholders and negotiate priorities
Requirements
10+ years of experience in people leadership or program management
Deep technical know-how in AI/ML frameworks and application in advanced analytics ecosystems
Extensive experience managing complex data content and primary analysis in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of software development, process architecture, and modern service delivery methodologies
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field
