About the role

  • FP&A Data & Analytics Manager driving financial reporting and analytics technology transformation at Hastings Direct. Leading a high-performing team to support strategic business planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end FP&A reporting: monthly and quarterly close, board materials, ExCo outputs
  • Set cadence and standards for reporting across the organisation
  • Build FP&A reporting and analysis technology infrastructure
  • Drive digitisation of Management Information and analytics capability
  • Own cross-functional initiative to deliver upgraded Groupwide Board and Exco reporting
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of FP&A professionals

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to design and implement scalable financial systems and processes
  • Strategic problem solver
  • Proven experience in leadership and team development
  • Comfort with digital transformation in finance
  • Experience with tools like Workday, Adaptive Planning, SnowFlake, PowerBI
