Part of a well-established Data Analytics team embedded across Product, Marketing and Operations
Become the data-expert in the space you cover, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketeers to define and execute the team’s roadmap
Develop your team’s metrics, targets and visualisations in Looker to monitor performance and unpack trends
Perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and identify high-impact opportunities (new features, bugs)
Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new releases
Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt
Requirements
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Plum’s mission
Strong analytical skills; impact-driven; able to balance quality and speed
Strong SQL skills
Ideally Python or R
Bonus: dbt
Experienced with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, matplotlib)
Good to have: familiarity with causal inference and experimentation
Good to have: experience in Fintech, B2C digital companies and/or fast-paced scale-ups
