About the role

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Data Integration and Preparation: Combine, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure cohesive and accurate data sets for analysis and campaign targeting.
  • Report Generation and Insight Delivery: Develop detailed reports and deliver actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and leadership teams in making informed decisions.
  • Dashboard and Visualization Building: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various audiences. Build and automate report production for business users.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Regularly assess and ensure ongoing accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used for campaigns and decision-making processes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define requirements, understand data needs, and translate business objectives into technical solutions and reports.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis/science roles.
  • BSc degree in statistics, data science, business analysis, or other related technical field.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex SQL queries and high-accuracy reports tailored to the needs of diverse business stakeholders
  • **Data skills:**
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
  • Experience with data analysis libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience in building and deploying machine learning and AI models
  • Familiarity with data lakes (BigQuery preferred)
  • Experience with version control using Git
