About the role

  • Maintain all customer data and support reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate deadlines and request required documents
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new customers and support them through onboarding
  • Regularly collect feedback from customers

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or commercial/administrative role
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
  • A healthy degree of persistence to complete tasks
  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Confident using digital tools
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
