About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 small business accounts;
  • Act in a consultative and strategic capacity;
  • Conduct regular outreach and strategic meetings;
  • Represent Gupy in building trusted relationships;
  • Understand Recruitment & Selection processes;
  • Develop success and engagement plans;
  • Collaborate with internal teams;
  • Contribute to the improvement of CS processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or B2B account management, with a focus on managing customer portfolios at scale;
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven focus;
  • Proficiency with CS CRM tools (preferably Salesforce);
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills;
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy;
  • Familiarity with CS metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and Health Score.
