About the role
- Customer Solutions Manager implementing AI solutions for clients at Plotdesk GmbH. Facilitating client trainings and ensuring successful use of AI solutions with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst fertig entwickelte Use Cases und sorgst dafür, dass sie beim Kunden erfolgreich implementiert werden.
- Mit deiner cleveren, lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise baust du die Brücke zwischen Konzept und Realität.
- Du stellst durch Schulungen und persönliche Betreuung sicher, dass unsere Kunden das Maximum aus ihrer KI-Lösung herausholen.
- Du liebst es, durchdachte Konzepte in die Praxis umzusetzen und dabei echte Lösungen zu schaffen.
- Du hast Spaß daran, Kunden zu schulen und sie bei der optimalen Nutzung ihrer KI-Lösung zu begleiten.
- Du bist smart und clever genug, um auch bei unvorhergesehenen Herausforderungen kreative Lösungen zu finden.
- Du arbeitest gerne direkt mit Kunden zusammen und scheust auch nicht den gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Termin (2-3 Tage pro Monat).
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Software-Lösungen oder im Technical Consulting
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in Kundenschulungen
- Starke Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Präsentationsskills
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Termine beim Kunden
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
