About the role

  • Customer Service Representative assisting in learning all aspects of the business at PEI-Genesis. Ensuring success through teamwork, sales order management, and building internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of our business.
  • Assist the sales representatives and back up teammates.
  • Establish good relationships both internally and externally.
  • Sales order entry and confirming accuracy.
  • Expediting sales orders and proactively expediting from backlog report.
  • Supply customers with technical support, spec sheets and compliance documentation.
  • Running daily and monthly reports.
  • Assist with special projects and contract data entry.
  • Coordinate customer returns.
  • Act as a backup for teammates.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of the company’s training program is required.
  • Some customer service experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
  • Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively.
  • Good team and human relation skills.
  • Punctuality and dependability are crucial.
