Customer Service Representative assisting in learning all aspects of the business at PEI-Genesis. Ensuring success through teamwork, sales order management, and building internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities
Learn all aspects of our business.
Assist the sales representatives and back up teammates.
Establish good relationships both internally and externally.
Sales order entry and confirming accuracy.
Expediting sales orders and proactively expediting from backlog report.
Supply customers with technical support, spec sheets and compliance documentation.
Running daily and monthly reports.
Assist with special projects and contract data entry.
Coordinate customer returns.
Act as a backup for teammates.
Requirements
High School education or equivalent is required.
Successful completion of the company’s training program is required.
Some customer service experience is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively.
Good team and human relation skills.
Punctuality and dependability are crucial.
