About the role

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
  • Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
  • Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
  • Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
  • Process diabetic testing orders and continuous glucose monitor orders
  • Resolve missing order issues including UPS/USPS tracking
  • Frontline connection between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams; coordinate communication across departments
  • 4-6 weeks in-person training, remote after training; work Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
