Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
Process diabetic testing orders and continuous glucose monitor orders
Resolve missing order issues including UPS/USPS tracking
Frontline connection between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams; coordinate communication across departments
4-6 weeks in-person training, remote after training; work Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
