About the role

  • Remote Customer Service Associate at Mr. Cooper handling 40–50 daily calls about mortgage payments and escrow. Requires 6-week training and Longview, TX proximity.

Responsibilities

  • Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
  • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
  • Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
  • Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  • Participate in comprehensive 6 week paid virtual training; equipment provided
  • Align work schedule with business hours after training and meet attendance requirements

Requirements

  • 6 months or more with customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Must reside within 60 miles from office location
  • Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
  • Ability to work business hours: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm
