Responsibilities
Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Participate in comprehensive 6 week paid virtual training; equipment provided
Align work schedule with business hours after training and meet attendance requirements
Requirements
6 months or more with customer service experience
Call center experience is a plus
Must reside within 60 miles from office location
Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
Ability to work business hours: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm
