About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor managing customer interactions and appointments within Banham's dedicated Customer Services team. Providing support with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with our customers and engineers via telephone and email effectively.
  • Manage high volume of calls from our customers/suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Manage the engineer’s diaries and book customer appointments.
  • Use authoritative decision-making skills to positively leave the customer satisfied.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and IT Literate.
  • Experience delivering fantastic customer service within an operational environment.
  • Effective diary management skills.
  • Be proactive and flexible.
  • Can prioritise and plan work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the Banham products and services.
